3 know panic attacks and I'm 14?

I do get anxiety attacks as well, I started getting them when I was 16 and have had them ever since (8 years now). I'm no doctor, but when I start getting an attack I just remove myself from whatever situation is causing it and just focus on breathing. It's kind of a 'mind over matter' type deal. You really just have to stop thinking about whatever threw you into the attack in the first place (as hard as it might be) and just focus on breathing. I mean, you can definitly go so a doctor for it if need be. I did at one point and was just prescribed some meds that basically knocked me out, so I really just deal with it my own way which works out for me. Hope this helps!! You'll be alright.
