I am offering lunch at a training session for 12 people - i am doing the cooking ..can you recommend somethin?

I am thinking of chilly and rice but i need to offer some options for those who want something else...what can you recommend some variety options. We usually get a catering company in to do the cooking but as it is only for 12 I thought i would do it myself - maybe i could do chicken on skewers and for quickness I could buy them in from a local cafe has them already prepared ....any suggestions for easy preparation
