well it all rlly depends if u r gonna play online but i like how ur team is setup u cover ur weaknesses fairly well but ur garchomp i like but it dnt need dragon pulse cos usually u would use garchomp as a physical sweeper so u dnt rlly need dragon pulse swap that for fire fang and take out giga impact cos it will leave a big opening is u cant attack and they can swap giga impact for dragon claw/outrage or dragon rush prefferably the first to options for ur lucario maybe give him shadow claw instead of psychic its upto u and swap iron tail for stone edge so u can take on flying types and gyarados for ur charizard take fly off and put air slash for ur empoleon instead of hydro pump give it gr knot instead of blizzard give it ice beam and instead of avalanche give it flash cannon for ur electivire teach it fire punch thunder punch brick break and whatever other move u would like because electrive is a physcial pokemon not a special sweeper hope this helps
