Which is more likely to occur?

the red wings missing the playoffs is more likely because 1) longer season anything can happen 2) Michigan still has a long ways to go before returning to that 1997 powerhouse they had and 3) the lions going 19-0 after a horrible season is just pure bologna im sorry but the only way for that to happen is to make drastic changes through out the whole organization
