Violating probation in Colorado?

My boyfriend is currently on Probation in Arapahoe County for distribution of narcotics. He was told that even though he is supossed to be on probation till next october since he has been compling so well once he finished his d.v. cles and turns in his community service he will be released. On Tuesday July 13th, 2010 his tire popped on his crotch rocket only he was hurt. He broke both of he broke the femers in both legs and possibly his ankle. The cops write him a ticket for careless driving, driving with a suspended license, and driving without motorcycle endorcements. Will these charges violate his probation?
