How can one dress "aristo-punk"?

i've heard it is a mixture of aristocrat and punk rock fashions like the teens in a clockwork orange or the band the adicts. if that's the case what would be some good ways to mix the two fashions, im not trying to change my way of dressing just curious about trying it out a little
