Why is it that Hillary and Bill Clinton...?

were in charge of Arkansas, and when they left that state and went to the White House, it was 49th out of 50 in the country in education, and the state was in ruins compared to almost every other, then got in the White House and made no major accomplishment whatsoever? We haven't had a decent President in two decades, so what makes Hillary so great now? I don't want history to show our Presidents as being "Bush, then Clinton, then another Bush, then another Clinton." What gives, are people this gullible to vote for her and her husband again?
