Need to know the name of a set of "mini-skater" toys that came out in the early 90's?

I'm trying to figure out the name of these toys. They came out in the early '90's and were little mini-people/mutants that were on tiny skateboards. They were each about 1" to 2" tall and were sold in sets of 4 or 5 from Kay-Bee toys. And there were several different sets sold. Can anyone help me with the names of these little figures?
