What do YOU want to see in a website?

Besides . But me and one of my friends are thinking about making a website. We don't want to waste money. So, what would be YOUR kind of website? And any thoughts or ideas? If your idea is just the best, then we might just go for it. Try it out on freewebs then if we get success, then woohoo! and you will get credit. and what do you think would bring in alot of traffic.
