Good school to attend to become dental istant?

Ok so I didn't finish high school.I was planning on going back but everst college called me and said I could become a dental istant without a high school diploma but I've been reading reviews and ppl are saying its overpriced and isn't a good school....I want to go back to high school but I need a good paying job asap..can I go to community college without a hs diploma?..or is there a better school??
