I feel like i was d. help me please?

i went over to thi guy's house with his friend. immediately after i got inside they both started grabbing me and doing other stuff. then while i was on my friend's computer they both threw me on his bed and started trying to finger me and make out with me. i reluctantly made out with both of them since i was pinned to the bed and they both went up my shirt and other stuff. i finally got up and said i had to go and ran out. i'd never kissed a guy up till then, and it was a horrible experience, since i thought they would try and force me to do other things. i also ended up running back to where i told my mom i would origionally be, which is when i ran into them inside and they were like "come onnn, comeee to my housee" i knew i shouldnt have done it. even as i was walking. now i'm sick to my stomach, constantly crying, full of regret, and i don't know what to do. my mom found out that i left the place i was supposed to be, but didn't find out what i did at my friend's house. help me??!
