I really like this girl she really likes me......but.........?

has a bf of 2 years at home, he is her first serious boyfriend and is a very close family friend, he is solid and dependable and she cares abou him. On the other hand me and this girl have something exciting. We never actually did anything we just kind of dated and really had a good time. She was about to leave the boyfriend and she started getting really really upset and i didnt want to be the one to do this to her so i told her we should just be friends and that i didnt like her in that way (lie)at the time it thought it was for the best. That was in october but by March i realised that i really care about this girl so i confessed to her that i like her and 'waked away from her' she was so moved she nearly cried and told me 'i like you to and you know i do.' That was just before i went away. I came back and she says she jst wants to be friends. shes confused and afraid to leave bf so close to summer hols, she made plans with him, What should i do - i feel 2 strongly 2 do nothing.
