I want to be examined for cancers in Minneapolis...where do I go?

I want to be examined for lung, oral, colon and brain cancers...pretty much any cancer I would be in danger of getting (my family has a history of colon cancer, and I used to be a smoker). That would mean I would need a chest x-ray, maybe a CT scan or MRI, colonoscopy and whatnot...where in Minneapolis could I find all these tests?
