Is it fair that Scooter Libby should go to jail for 2 1/2 years? Will Bush pardon him?

He wasn't convicted of leaking the info, he was convicted of lying about the leak. This is a different matter altogether and if lawmakers get pardoned for lying, then the whole system isn't worth anything. There already seems to be a lack of accountability when it comes to elected officials and if Bush has any morals and respect for the entire process, there is no way in heck, Libby should be pardoned. Would be a good lesson for all that testifies in the future. Perjury is perjury, no matter who you are. That should be the message.
