Is there a snow tubing place off freeway near Sacramento, ca?

last time we drove to Lake Tahoe area for my kid to have some fun in snow, all we did was snow tubing (well apart from Reno which is different). But while driving back we found there was some snow tubing slides somewhere off freeway near Sacramento, Does anyone know the name of that place or better yet address? Thanks a bunch.
