You can also try going to washaterias I don't know if you have those in Puertorico and advertse in small flyers, cards, or advertise as a business , do you have a yard sign with your cell phone? Go to a gym and ask if you can advertise, leave your card, at church, I own a couple of properties and I never leave without these cards, if you like meeting people, you might try going to flea markets and handing out flyers its a more relaxed atmosphere thats where I got most of my tenants.
