Are the Yorkie Puppies Priced Right?

There are these cute Yorkie puppies, thier seven weeks old, dad is a toy & mom is a regular size. The lady says she's not in it for the money but wants $500 for one. She says that they ususally run about $800+. Are these puppies a little overpriced or is it just me? *if you bought one you wouldn't even know how big it would get* shouldn't that dock off some of the price?
