Clomid 100mg , I now havee 4 follicles?

I finished my last pill of clomid on this past saturday night. I went in for an ultrasound today and the dr said i have 4 follicles so far. 2 on my right, 2 on my left. the biggest of the 4 is 10mm. I have a follow up on friday 10-2-09 to see if theyve gotten any bigger... can i expect them to grow? or should they have already been full size? also, what are the chances of twins or even getting pregnant with four follicles?
