HELP HELP NILE MONITOR WILL NOT EAT!!!?

i just bought a baby nile monitore, i tried to feed him a pinky, he wouldnt eat it... i tried crickest...not eating them. i tried super king worms, not eating them mill-worms, not eating them, canned monitor food, not eating it..... it is day three and i do not want him to die and at the moment i do not have the money for a vet, and there are not any in the area were i live that treat lizards..... it is a tiney baby moniter so small he still does the call for mommy....so he needs to eat and i am running out of options, are there any ways i can get him to eat? any at all? he hasnt eaten in three days...im getting very worried about him...i have reaised myny different lizards and never have i seen one behave like this, he has a runny nose, and i had to pry his mouth open cuz it was somehow shut tight with some kind of dry goo......... he is shedding and my mother thinks that is why he wont eat, but he is too young to go a few days without food and i do not want him to die.....i just got him three days ago and the store i got him from said that he was fine and to not worry about it........any hel PLEAS??!!! this is exstremely seriouse and i need help NOW
